Returning to the Body:
A space for remembrance

Somatic Therapy, Breathwork, and Embodied Nutrition.

Welcome

I support those who have spent years searching, managing, and performing, who are finally ready to stop.

If you feel like you’ve lost the thread back to yourself, disconnected from your body, or caught in a loop of internal dialogue louder than your own inner authority, you’re in the right place.

I’m Lily, and I hold space for the return.

My work is one single, ongoing enquiry: what does it mean to live fully inside your own body, and to inhabit your truth without needing to abandon yourself, or explain or justify it to anyone?

This path is rarely a straight line. It moves in cycles and spirals. It’s a process of unravelling, remembering, and returning to the intelligence that has been with you all along. The work is no to fix separate parts or a broken version of you but to notice what and where you’ve stopped paying attention.

This work doesn't stop at the edge of one body. What shifts within you moves through the relationships and family systems you're in, the community you belong to, the land beneath your feet and the collective field that we are all a part of. We are not separate nervous systems working in isolation, but threads woven together in the same web.

If you want to know more about how I arrived at this work and why it matters to me the way it does, read more about my story.

The Doorways

Somatic Therapy

Working with the body as the primary source of wisdom

A steady, held container for those ready to unravel patterns of protection and pressure. We listen to the body’s signals to move you from constant searching into a felt sense of home.

Breathwork Journeys

Working with the breath as the body's first language

Using the breath as our primary bridge to bypass the noise of the mind. These are for returning to the nervous system’s natural capacity to regulate, soften, and remember its aliveness.

Embodied Nutrition

Nourishment beyond the plate

Nurturing the self beyond the plate. We look at patterns around food not as failures of willpower, but as messages from an intelligent body that hasn't yet felt safe enough to settle. These sessions draw on evidence-based naturopathic nutritional therapy, eating psychology and somatic and embodied approaches

Ceremony & Circle

Sacred space for remembrance and belonging

Ancient spaces for remembrance and belonging. When we come together, we move beyond the individual. Individual threads begin to meet the collective weave.

Through embodiment, we return :: again and again :: to the truth of who you are, right here, beneath the noise.

Stories of Return

In Partnership

I am honoured to be walking alongside The Kintsugi Way, a community creating long-term sanctuary for women healing from sexual trauma and gender-based violence.

In a world that often demands we move on or harden ourselves, this is a space for the slow, messy work of remembrance. Through breathwork and embodied practice, we’re not looking to "fix" anything. We are simply creating the space for the body to remember its own capacity for safety, presence, and aliveness.

It is a privilege to contribute my work to this collective weave.
