Ceremony & Circle ::
Rituals of remembrance.

Where earth, body, and breath meet.

In a world that often demands we move through life in isolation, there is a profound, ancient medicine in simply being witnessed by another.

We have always come together in ways that hold our joy, our grief, and the messy, nonlinear process of being human. My circles are not about "fixing" one another. They are spaces of ritual that combine movement, song, stillness, and breath to move beyond the individual. When we gather, the threads of our own inner work begin to meet the collective weave. These are spaces that invites us into reflection, connection and shared experience.

Why we gather

These spaces are for the parts of you that have been waiting to be met in the presence of others. When we stop performing and when we let ourselves show up exactly as we are, in all our flavours and layers, something in the room shifts.

The circle becomes a mirror. It reflects back the truth of your own experience, and in that reflection, the weight of carrying it alone begins to lift. We move from the personal story into the collective truth of what it means to be alive, right here, right now.

The Space

Our gatherings draw on Earth-based ritual, breath, and the ancient practice of stillness. Whether we are in circle in person or gathered online, the intention is to create a sanctuary and a place to pause

I hold in-person women’s circles and ceremonies in London and across the globe, as well as online circles. These gatherings weave together guided reflection, breath, embodied practice, ritual and optional sharing. You do not need previous experience, and you are always free to participate in the way that feels right for you. To enquire about private ceremony, please reach out directly.

Shared connection at a womens circle

Healing doesn't happen in isolation. It happens in community.

It happens when we are fully witnessed, supported, and reminded that we don't have to carry it all and walk alone.

There is something magical that happens when women come together in a sacred space. Something ancient begins to stir when all of the performance starts to fall away, and the need to hold it all together softens. When women sit in circle, there is remembrance, a return to belonging, not just of themselves, but of each other.

Ceremony, circle and rituals have been at the heart of healing since time began. In almost every indigenous tradition, healing has never been a solitary act. It has been woven through the fabric of the collective through prayer, song, ritual, story and sharing. These spaces become places of remembrance, where wisdom is shared, emotions are witnessed, and the unseen is honoured alongside the physical.

You are the medicine. What you seek is already within.
