About Lily
Nature Alchemist. Embodied Coach + Mentor. Guide & Space Holder.
My mission is to guide women to return home to themselves through reconnecting to the wisdom of the body, breath and heart in a gentle and authentic way.
My work weaves together breathwork, somatics, nutritional therapy, energy healing, and earth-based ritual. It’s for those who are navigating disconnection and longing to feel at home again. Whether thats disconnection from the body and self, from food, from intuition, or from spirit.
But this isn’t just a job. It’s a path I’ve walked myself.
For over a decade, I struggled with anorexia, bulimia, addiction, anxiety, depression and a deep disconnection from my body. My recovery with talk therapy, rehab and pills and slowly moved into more holistic methods but nothing truly shifted until I stopped trying to fix what I thought was wrong with me, and truly started to listen within and started working with my body, not against it.
Conventional models focused on behaviour, but didn’t touch the surface on the deeper pain that I had been numbing. What I needed was to feel. To meet the pain and unravel it. To say yes to myself. I slowly learned how to safely inhabit myself again through breathwork, somatics and ceremonial spaces. Not perfectly, not all at once, but in moments where I held myself with softness and presence and learned how to reconnect and integrate the parts of me that I had long been rejecting, numbing sand running from.
This journey brought me back to life. And now, I walk alongside others on their own return through breath, body, nourishment, and the remembering of their own wisdom. I hold space that invites softening and expansion, not striving and pushing. I believe healing isn’t about fixing yourself but about remembering you were always whole.
Through breath, ritual, and nourishment, I offer spaces for you to meet yourself again with compassion, courage, and trust.
Professional training provides the container, but life experience gives depth, resonance, and heart.
My professional trainings in the fields that I work with began in 2014 which provide structure, science and therapeutic grounding that underpin my work. Since 2018 I have been deepening my experience supporting healing and psychedelic experiences within ceremonial spaces and on private retreats whilst working closely with Indigenous elders from the Brazilian Amazon and medicine men and women of the Andes. Within this work I support others through profound journeys of healing, reconnection and integration.
My path has included my own in-depth studies of sacred plant medicines (both medicinal and psychedelic) and traditional healing traditions, rooted in the wisdom of the Earth and guided by the teachings of those who have walked this path for generations. I’ve followed multiple dieta’s to deepen my connection with self and to heal, whilst also learning traditional healing techniques and ancestral prayers and music and I weave this wisdom and study into my work.
I’ve also worked extensively with cacao as a heart medicine and ceremonial ally, as well as other herbs and plants and integrate their wisdom into the spaces I hold, blending both softness and strength into the healing journeys I guide.
This work is a continual unfolding, one with humility, reciprocity, and deep listening. These traditions inform the way I guide: with grounded presence, energetic awareness, and a commitment to honouring the sacred.
When I'm not supporting others on their healing journey, you can often find me wandering through the woods, making potions, or sitting with the plants listening, learning, and deepening my connection to the natural world.
